Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Anewtech Systems, we specialize in industrial computing solutions. Due to the specialized nature of our hardware, shipping and delivery is handled as follows:
1. Pricing & Taxes
- Currency: All prices on anewtech.net are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- GST: Prices are exclusive of 9% GST. GST is applicable to all domestic orders within Singapore and will be reflected on the final tax invoice.
2. Processing & Delivery Lead Times
- In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Standard Factory Lead Time: For specialized industrial hardware not currently in local buffer stock, the standard lead time is 4 –16 weeks upon order confirmation.
- Expedited Requests: For urgent projects, please contact your account manager to check for immediate local availability or "Hot-Swap" options.
3. Shipping Methods & Responsibility
- Local Singapore Delivery: Standard pricing is based on CIP Local Premises (Incoterms 2000), which includes carriage and insurance to your destination. We utilize local freight services and major carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for secure industrial delivery.
- International Orders (Ex-Works): Our standard term is Ex-Works (EXW) Singapore. The buyer assumes all risks and costs once the goods are made available for collection at our warehouse. We can also facilitate overseas delivery via major carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) upon request.
- Self-Collection: Customers may opt for self-collection at our Ubi Office for orders below SGD 500. A "Ready for Collection" notification will be sent via email once your order is prepared.
- Shipping Costs: For non-CIP orders, shipping fees are calculated at the time of quotation based on total weight, dimensions, and destination.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your shipment departs our warehouse, a tracking number and a copy of the Delivery Order (DO) will be provided via email.
